Should Girls Wear Make-ups?

I don't want my girl friend to wear make-ups,especially heavy makeup.  Natural is the best. But a touch of makeup is not a bad thing ,right?  There is an old saying in China, '愛美之心，人皆有之' .

Though I am not good at making up and never do this.I think appropriate make-ups,which can make we girls more beautiful,will promote confidence and make good impressions on others.In additon,I am strongly against heavy make-ups which seems uncomfortable.
