I will go to sleep and when I wake up, I forget the things.

Quarrelling with somebody and venting my anger on someone is the normal thing when I lose control of myself. But after that, I often regret what I have done. And at that time, self-accusation becomes the easiest thing to do.

buy things actually may not be needed;
eat as much as possible

Firstly, If I still stay in conscience, I would say to myself, calm down and it wouldn't do any help to behave terribly.

Secondly, I would choose stay alone. In case I would do something making myself regret later.

Thirdly, It happened. I would never let it take me. I would trust myself to be the lord of my temper, not its capture.
