Speaking Eng as much as you can.
Writing in Eng as much as you can and particularly I mean fixing your mistakes and editing your essays.

hmm personally I think it's much easier to improve listening and reading in a short time. Not speaking nor writhing though.~

I agree with catnfish. I took the exam last year and I got 7.5. I think it necessary to have some training lessons on writing and speaking. As to reading and listening, your own practice is important. Bonne chance!
