- UK for those who love an organized stable life, especially those who love family life. However, the weather is less desirable, small rain all the time and sunshine is not that much.
- USA for those who want a vibrant life with lots of opportunities, fairness, (except during the Bush presidency) material life and a country which is essentially a melting pot for people of all race and nationality. However, you have to cope with the frequent changes going on around you and you will have a feeling that it is hard to settle down peacefully.
- Australia for those who are seeking a slow and easy life. However, you should be able to withstand the bigotory of some Australians.
- France and Italy for those who are seeking short term romance. In fact, the life is slow and lack lustre.

In conclusion, it appears USA is the best choice for young people from China.

Whatever the choice, first to be consdiered is personal freedom, fairness, a good and respected judicial system and respect for the rights of individuals

Initially, it depends what kind of life you want exactly.
And certainly, the premise is that you can go wherever you desire to go.
-For future career
For a young people, the first priority is that they want to study in high quality school, then the US and UK are the best two options, although the tuition and living expenses are quite expensive.

Secondly, the job oppotuinity in US is also better than many foreign countries. Many Fortune 500 companies just locate in US, and more important, US is the economy center of the world.

-For leisurely life
That is to say, you should goto the country which have  good welfare and with a more relaxed life style. France, Italy, Netherland and other European countries are your lovely choice.

-Fond of nature world
If you enjoy the beauty of nature world, Australia and New zealand are your favourite.

In general, there are so many fantasitic countries all over the world, the best option just as some friends' suggestions, change the country for a couple of years.
