Ha! i have the similar trouble with you and i hope to change it. So one of my friend told me that i need more experiences in the society.  It was to a certain degree the sign of juvenility. 
        
She told me that i should behave ignorant in tiny things and become magnanimous. i think it's useful. So what do you think?

When I listen to music and read novels,I am emotional.Pehaps ones mood is determined or affected by the environment.Try to make friends with calm persons.They will help a lot.

We are in the same boat. Usually I know exactly emotional behavior will do harm to our relationship with others. But sometimes I can't control it. I often lose my temper. Now I am really aware of the harm of being emotional. so I always try to manage my emotion consciously.
