From my point of view, the study and the gf are both very significant for your entire life. And the time is the same for evrybody, 1 day 24hrs, you should figure out a time schedule for your love affairs and study arrangement.
As a man, the career seems to be the most important thing, and your career would depend your hard work from now on, accordingly, focus your study, limit your love activities is a better solution for your situation.
Certainly, try to make your girl friend focus the study with you, and if she can push ahead with your study that will be nice combination.
