        There are lots of ideas and comments on the film "2012". Is it really the end of the world? Or does it make us think of something about the real ending of our human beings? And what do you think of the idea "China saves the world"?

        Actually, I think it's a wonderful movie. Some critics say that it includes almost all kinds of excellent factors in disaster films. So it may throw out an obstacle for other similar directors to preceed it, right?

I don't watch it yet.I don't think it will happen,at least in our life.but after long time,when the environment not adapt to human any more, may be it will become true,like we human replace dinosaur live on the earth,any other something will direct the earth.

        I cannot agree with you more. To tell you the truth, I always have an idea deep in my heart that everything, including our world and our destiny are controlled by something like "God". Perhaps, our earth is just a crystal ball in Titan's hand. You know, a toy or something like that.

        Yeah, we can strip out some reality problems such as enviroment pullutions, resourses protection, eco-system balance and so on, instead of keeping throwing our anxity and upset on questions that can't be answered thoughly at the moment.

i want to believe.oh you don't thought i am mad and pessimistic or something else.According to the scientific reports,there indeed will happen something severe to the earth and of course human beings.but it may not be a doom.though we can escape from thorough death but we are not quite sure if some bad disasters may also destroy some of us,it means we may still not avoid death once something frightened would happen near us.so pray and wish sincerely..it is not a doom at some extent but,we still need to do something to avoid partial death and destruction.otherwise the earth may not exsist for long

What impressed me most in the film is not the disaster itself, like earthquake, volcano eruption, tsunami,  collapse of buildings or death of helpless people. It was the selfishness and self-righteousness of some politicians which made me angry. They took away important politicians and talented scientists but let thier people die without any doubt. And, Tibet was chosen to be the place to produce arks but no Chinese workers was allowed aboard. Does that mean China is nothing but a world factory? Or is it the way for Hollywood to increase box office in China? I agree Loong said, it was a conspiracy of capitalism.

I think we should only take the movie <2012> as a science fiction,it does't means more.I haven't watch the hign definition version of it,so I don't know what's the effect it looks.But when I see the movie,I completely disbelieve things occured in it.The Earth is melting?The water is washing the Himalayas?It's crasy!
        
The scene is also not authentic.The earth doesn't seems to destroy like that way.And it is really incredible that the starring actor can escape so much calamity by accident.Haven't you see,the crack is running after them!I don't think the movie can be a candidate for Oscar.

2012 sucks. it is not a good movie at all. Although it earned a lot of money in the box office, but it is still a suck movie in my eyes. Since too many scine is not real, when you see the leading actor drive the car in the earthwake ground, and the all the high building collasped around the car, and the car sitll in a very safty situation, the driver's reaction beyond the humanbeing performance, you will feel nothing for the movie. because it's too rediculous , it's not real.
