I make a point not to give money to beggars. It was reported that thugs abduct children and use them as proxy beggars to make money after mauling them in unmentionable ways. I simply do not believe that authentic paupers cannot get aids from government agencies. And if nobody gives away charity, there will be no motive for criminals to abduct for this specific purpose.
