與國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品或同類技術(shù)的比較情況：

目前市場上的LED路燈燈頭，主要存在三種問題：

1、整燈安裝及拆卸操作復(fù)雜：

傳統(tǒng)的路燈安裝方式，絕大部分是靠螺釘緊固件固定模組及電器箱，也有部分路燈是靠搭扣扣合電器箱，但是模組安裝依舊是靠螺絲固定，同時(shí)防塵蓋也是靠螺絲實(shí)現(xiàn)閉合安裝。相關(guān)模組拆卸，電器箱打開，防塵蓋打開很費(fèi)力。

2、整燈光效不高

雖然目前市場上LED燈珠光效普遍提升，但是普遍光效都不超過 130lm/W.相應(yīng)光效提升問題已經(jīng)是遇到瓶頸，很難突破。

3、燈體內(nèi)接插件安裝不方便

市場上的模組路燈采用的都是公母對插，塑料螺紋鎖合結(jié)構(gòu)，所需操作空間很大，安裝緊固的時(shí)候容易滑牙，或者回松的時(shí)候很難回松。

1、燈具模組采用全密封結(jié)構(gòu)，防水等級IP67,全燈具實(shí)現(xiàn)免工具安裝與維護(hù)：燈具開蓋通過側(cè)邊按鈕式快速打開背后防塵板，里面安裝有倆小彈片可以將防塵蓋彈起；快卡式安裝模組，通過撥動一邊模組卡鉤，取出模組組件，模組通過一端繞軸，另一端通過模組卡鉤滑入，壓牢。實(shí)現(xiàn)模組的安裝；同樣電器箱也采用按鈕把手打開電器箱，通過撥動按鈕把手，打開內(nèi)部卡鉤，從而打開電器箱，電器箱實(shí)現(xiàn)防水IP66。電器箱內(nèi)部電器板也可以做為獨(dú)立的組成，通過2P公母對插端子與外界模組連接，通過3P公母對插端子與外輸入連接，通過撥動卡扣，叉開對插端子實(shí)現(xiàn)電器板安裝于拆卸。

3、燈具模組匹配高光效點(diǎn)膠透鏡模組，常規(guī)模組及帶玻璃防護(hù)的光源模組。

點(diǎn)膠版模組在配光透鏡的光線入射面與LED光源的光線出射面間填充折射率與LED光源封裝材料及配光透鏡材料折射率相近或相同的材料，LED光源的光線出射面與配光透鏡的光線入射面之間沒有空氣間隔，大幅度降低光線界面反射損失；帶玻璃防護(hù)的光源模組，是在原先透鏡基礎(chǔ)上新增玻璃保護(hù)，適用于特殊場合需求，也便于路燈清洗，有效的解決路燈暴露在太陽光下，UV對PC透鏡傷害出現(xiàn)變黃，塑化老化的現(xiàn)象。有效提高燈具的壽命。

4、獨(dú)特配光在確保理想路面照度及均勻度的同時(shí)消除LED眩光，透鏡表面均勻磨砂

5、燈頭搭配路燈套桿可做路燈實(shí)用，做路燈可調(diào)角度±15°，LED路燈頭進(jìn)行多角度調(diào)節(jié)，使其達(dá)到最理想的照明角度效果，將不受燈桿高度及地面高度影，套桿與燈體角度可調(diào)至90°，可作為停車場燈照明。

采用開蓋斷路保護(hù)器，有效的保護(hù)施工的人生安全,當(dāng)電器箱上蓋打開，因?yàn)閿嗦繁Ｗo(hù)器A安裝在上蓋上也就斷開，當(dāng)接線連接完畢后，蓋上電器箱，斷路保護(hù)器AB閉合，線路導(dǎo)通。

6、可搭載智能GSM控制器，PLC控制器，RF控制器實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制
