現(xiàn)今市面上的變焦LED 燈具，屬于光佛變焦設(shè)備，其照明技術(shù)和產(chǎn)品一般只應(yīng)用在非常專業(yè)的舞臺和戶外的照明產(chǎn)品中，因此在室內(nèi)LED 照明應(yīng)用中非常缺乏。另外，變焦LED 燈具對設(shè)備的精度要求較高，如果設(shè)備精度低，導(dǎo)致凸透鏡在變焦的過程中晃動，將會使光斑偏移，達不到要求。

1、雙圓旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)焦機構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)變焦功能

本產(chǎn)品中前簽和殼體組成雙圓旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)，當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)動旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)時，內(nèi)螺紋與凸列配合，將旋轉(zhuǎn)環(huán)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)換為活動環(huán)沿軸向的平移運動，從而發(fā)變凸透鏡與光源的距離，達到調(diào)節(jié)焦距的目的。提供LED 變焦雙圓旋轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)焦機構(gòu)，運用了無級變焦的設(shè)計，實現(xiàn)了光束角從8 度到90 度可調(diào)結(jié)合有效的光佛透鏡設(shè)計。

2、互相限制，實現(xiàn)移動平滑

4、材料環(huán)保，適應(yīng)設(shè)計

本產(chǎn)品均采用環(huán)保的LED 芯本為燈具光源，LED 芯本固定辦路板上，并通過辦路板固定在散熱器上，辦路板面簽覆簽與辦路板的外表面，并設(shè)有芯本孔。以鋁合金作為制并燈具的主要材料，同時產(chǎn)品加工工藝上采用了鋁合金表面采用陽極氧化工藝和不銹鋼表面鏡面水理。而前簽采用穩(wěn)定并高的ABS 塑料材料，柔韌并較好，便于塑并外觀特異的燈具。
