1、產品外觀設計運用仿生學設計理念，外形靈動，曲線流暢；

2、產品結合LED燈具工程實例，采用海綿式散熱方式，現(xiàn)將LED芯片產出的熱量收集在燈殼上，通用低風阻系數(shù)設計曲面外形，空氣流動學原理將熱量散在空氣中，實現(xiàn)LED芯片工作狀態(tài)處于低溫狀態(tài)，保證燈具流明最大輸出值；

技術及工藝創(chuàng)新要點：

1、 燈具外殼采用ADC12優(yōu)質鋁合金，一次壓鑄成形，產品內部氣密性好，無氣孔，密度大，強度高，通過IK10防護等級測試，殼體表面經過研磨，高溫清洗，表面鈍化，靜電噴涂工藝后，抗鹽霧等級可達500小時以上。

The lamp housing is made of ADC12 high-quality aluminum alloy, which is formed by one-time die-casting. The product has good air tightness, no air hole, high density and high strength. It is tested by IK10 protection grade. The surface of the shell is ground, high temperature cleaning, surface passivation, static electricity. After the spraying process, the salt spray testiing can reach more than 500 hours.

2、 燈具防水結構兩層防水層設計獨特，有效降低水壓，防水等級IP66.

3、 燈殼機加工采用免攻牙工藝，無需鉆孔和攻牙，提高自動化生產率，減少工藝步驟同時保證品質的一致性，提高生產力。
